“Since graduating college, it’s been difficult to find motivation, routine, a good atmosphere, and group of people to help me stay in shape. I’ve tried all sorts of group fitness classes, individual workout plans, etc. and, while fun, I struggled to be consistent and didn’t feel like I was improving.

Getting the courage to try out Tigard CrossFit was one of my best decisions. I was hesitant, as I have never tried CrossFit, but I quickly realized that the gym was welcoming to people of all abilities. The coaching staff is extremely knowledgeable and have a tremendous amount of options for those of us who need to scale, as we learn and ramp up. Most of all, I’ve noticed the coaching staff care deeply about the progression of each athlete. They spend time drilling movements and observe every class member to ensure they are lifting with proper technique. They walk around the class during the WOD – providing feedback at all times on technique, and to provide motivation when we need it. They will push you, but they will also encourage listening to your body and scale if needed.

The gym, coaching staff, and fellow athletes are incredible, and have given me the motivation to get into the best shape of my life. I highly recommend CrossFit Tigard

“Only place that I would wake up to attend a 5am class. I love the community here everyone is very friendly supportive and helpful. I had never done CrossFit before and just had a baby 3months prior to joining so of course I was nervous but the coaches walk you through each movement to ensure your set up for success. I honestly look forward to the workouts and coming in. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

“I joined about a month in a half ago and have been pleasantly surprised on how well my body has adapted and feels after almost 2 months of amazing workouts. Coach Ian has been phenomenal , the team environment is contagious and the support system is on point. “I used to be in great shape, then I got a high stress job where I sat all day at my desk. So I really needed something to get myself in shape again. I started coming to Tigard cross fit about 4 weeks ago, and I love it! I have seen such a difference in not only my body but in my mood. The trainers are amazing the owner is amazing, and all the members make every work out enjoyable. The workouts are different every day and I’m learn things I never knew I could do. The best part is you always have the coach there to make sure you are doing it right and he is always encouraging me to do better or more. I love it!!! Talk with a coach about your goals and learn how we can get you to your best self.

2. START YOUR TRAINING

You have defined your goals and you are ready to begin your journey. We will start you strong by taking you through the fundamentals of training and sound habits putting you on the road to success!

3. HAVE FUN REACHING NEW LEVELS

Once you have the basics down you’ll book classes easily on our app, enjoy the workouts with awesome people and reach your goals in no time!

HOLD POLICY

You may place your account on hold for up to 30 days per year (minimum 2 weeks per). This pushes out future payments by the number of days you are away. For holds longer than 30 days, we suspend your membership payments but add a $25/month placeholder charge that gets credited back toward your first invoice once you return. This allows you to keep your current rates/terms and you won't need to pay an activation fee when you come back.

**If you are on hold when you provide notice of cancellation, your hold would end immediately and the cancellation policy would be applied based on the timing of your newly adjusted billing cycle. Going on hold does not bypass the cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
