HOLD POLICY
You may place your account on hold for up to 30 days per year (minimum 2 weeks per). This pushes out future payments by the number of days you are away. For holds longer than 30 days, we suspend your membership payments but add a $25/month placeholder charge that gets credited back toward your first invoice once you return. This allows you to keep your current rates/terms and you won't need to pay an activation fee when you come back.
**If you are on hold when you provide notice of cancellation, your hold would end immediately and the cancellation policy would be applied based on the timing of your newly adjusted billing cycle. Going on hold does not bypass the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
